Rebecca Neal and Megan Hayes will serve as parade marshals for the 2024 LA Railroad Days Festival. These two ladies were voted as the DeQuincy Federated Service League’s “Club Women of the Year” for 2023. Megan and Rebecca have been part of DFSL for the past 10 years and are currently the festival photographers. In years past, they both worked to organize the festival Arts & Crafts area.
