The theme for the 2013 festival & parade is:

You are encouraged to decortate your float, vehicle or bike with this year's theme!

BIG PARADE ROUTE

*** For the safety of parade spectators, there is to be

NO ITEMS THROWN FROM ANY FLOAT or VEHICLE IN THE PARADE. (candy, cups, toys, etc)

The DeQuincy Federated Service League will not be responsible for any property or body damage due to items being thrown from any float or vehicle ***

  Line up at Nichols begins at 4:30

Parade will start at 5:00

Ending at Pine Street

Bike Parade Route 

 gas powered vehicles in the bike parade are not allowed 

Line up at Texaco 4:30Judging will be done at line upAll participants must have an adult to meet them at the festival stage at the end of the parade for award presentations
